1 General Provisions

club99bdt (referred to as "Platform", "we" or "club99bdt") provides an online casino and sports betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between each member ("user" or "you") who uses the club99bdt platform and club99bdt.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳26,000.

• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP level depends on the member's gaming activity. club99bdt reserves the right to grant and change VIP status at its discretion.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

club99bdt is committed to ensuring fair play. All games operated on our platform are developed by recognised software providers and use independently tested random number generator (RNG) technology. Game results are completely random and not predetermined.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed on the game or event page. club99bdt reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Separate betting rules apply for cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC events) and other sports. If a match is cancelled, abandoned or suspended, bets will be settled according to club99bdt's own betting rules.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the club99bdt platform:

• Using the account for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse
• Playing games using software bots, scripts or automated tools
• Attempting to influence results by coordinating with other members (collusion)
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform
• Opening an account with a false identity or using another person's details
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

If such activities are detected, club99bdt may immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and take legal action if necessary.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by club99bdt

club99bdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Fraud or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information
• Extended inactivity with a zero balance

7.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before closing your account, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to wagering requirements being met.
